  • All ticket sales are subject to availability and the terms set by event organizers.

  • Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated or required by law.

  • Tikketx is not responsible for event changes, postponements, or cancellations.

  • Refunds, if applicable, are handled as per the event organizer’s policy—but we’ll always keep you informed.

3. Respectful Use (Play Nice)

We want Tikketx to be a safe, welcoming space. By using the app, you agree:

  • No spam, scams, or offensive content.

  • No misuse of the app, unauthorized access, or illegal activity.

  • Do not post or transmit content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.

4. Our Stuff

  • The Tikketx logo, app, and content are our property.

  • Please don’t use them without our written permission.

5. Updates to These Terms

  • We may update these terms occasionally.

  • If major changes happen, we’ll notify you clearly.

7. Content Responsibility

  • Tikketx does not hold authority or responsibility for content delivered by partners, organizers, or event coordinators.

8. User Eligibility & Account Security

  • You must be 18 years or older, or have parental consent, to use our services.

9. Venue Access & Use

  • Access is granted only for the agreed date(s) and times as per the contract.

  • Organizers must follow all venue policies, including:

    • No external food/drinks/vendors without written consent

    • Providing accurate event details (e.g., setup, guest count, special needs)

    • Ensuring guest conduct complies with venue rules (e.g., safety, noise, capacity)

  • Organizers are responsible for any damages to the venue or its property.

  • Venues may require liability or event insurance.

  • Written consent is required for serving alcohol, using third-party vendors, or making major changes.

  • Tikketx holds no responsibility for venue disputes.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive for accuracy and reliable service, we can’t guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your ticket, unless otherwise required by law.
